HUASAI Energy firmly opposes all forms of misconduct, including embezzlement, bribery, abuse of power, and conflicts of interest. We will thoroughly investigate any violations and will not tolerate them under any circumstances. We encourage every employee, partner, and member of the public to help monitor our operations and report any concerns truthfully through official channels. The company strictly maintains the confidentiality of all reports submitted to and protects whistleblowers; any verified violations will be dealt with accordingly.

01 Ope of Acceptance
Acts such as embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, and the establishment of "slush funds".
Commercial bribery, accepting kickbacks, and improperly accepting cash, gifts, banquets, or travel.
Fraudulent practices such as bid-rigging, collusion, false price comparisons, and forgery of acceptance documents in the procurement bidding process, contract signing, and contract performance.
Acts constituting conflicts of interest, such as failing to disclose related-party relationships or using one's position to secure benefits for oneself or related parties.
Falsifying financial data, concealing material risks, fabricating business transactions, etc.
Improper disposal of assets, misuse of public property, and expenditure of public funds for personal purposes.
Abusing one's authority to seek improper benefits in areas such as approval processes, resource allocation, and performance evaluations.
Any other conduct that violates the integrity guidelines or harms the company's interests.
02 Reporting Policy
We encourage reports made under your real name, but we also accept anonymous reports. Reports made under your real name facilitate verification and follow-up.
Reports should be objective and truthful, with clear details; please provide, to the extent possible, information regarding the individuals involved, the time, location, and actions, as well as any relevant evidence.
Fabricating facts or making false accusations is strictly prohibited; malicious reports will be handled in accordance with regulations.
All evidence must be obtained through lawful and compliant means.
